Dentistry with a caring touch...
Look great – feel great!
I am originally from Williamsport, Indiana and graduated from Seeger High School, Class of 2006. I graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2009 with an Associate degree in dental assisting. I then went on to graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2011. I have been a member of the practice since January 2012. My favorite parts of being a hygienist are meeting new people, giving tips on how to maintain a healthy smile, and developing relationships with patients. In my free time I enjoy volunteering, crafting, outdoor activities (motorcycle rides, hiking, canoeing, skydiving…etc.) and spending time with family and friends.
I graduated from Crawfordsville High School in 1995 and Ivy Tech State College in 1996. I have 19 years of experience in the dental field, and have been with this practice since 2005. I live in Crawfordsville with my wonderful husband Todd of 14 years and we have two boys, Thatcher and Rowan. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am active with coaching and choreographing the Crawfordsville Middle School Starlettes dance team. I also enjoy giving back to the community by volunteering at the Dr. Mary Ludwig Free Clinic, and as a dance pro for the Montgomery County Dancing with the Stars program that benefits the youth of Montgomery County. My favorite part of working for Dr. Rucker is getting to spend one on one time with patients, educating patients about their dental health, and restoring their smiles.
I am an expanded functions dental assistant and have been at Dr. Rucker’s office for eight years. I graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1997, earning my Certification in Dental Assisting. I am married and reside in Montgomery County, with two daughters. In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors and shopping. My favorite part of working at Dr. Rucker’s office is getting to perform a variety of different tasks and working with a great team.
We will attempt to arrange your appointments to fit your daily schedule as much as possible. Usually, this goal is easily accomplished due to our flexible office hours. However, some treatments are best performed at certain times of the day. In the case of dental emergencies, we will schedule you as soon as possible; our available times may not correspond to your preferred appointment time. As a courtesy to our other patients, we kindly request 2-business days notice when you are cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Due to the high demand for late afternoon/evening appointments, if less than 2-business days notice is given, we can no longer reserve these appointments for you. We would, however, be happy to place you on a cancellation list and call you when a late day appointment becomes available.
The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone or complete the appointment request form below. Our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment.
