Dentistry with a caring touch...
Look great – feel great!
I have lived in Montgomery County all of my life. My husband is Brad Neibert, we have been married since 1994. I’ve been a receptionist for Dr. Rucker since 1993. Dr. Rucker and Dr. Mishler are wonderful to work for because they are both very caring, compassionate, and want only the best for their patients.
I attended Ivy Tech and graduated with a major in Medical Assisting and a minor in Dental Assisting. The doctors I first started to work for sent me back to school to become a Surgical Assistant. I started working for Dr. Rucker in September 1995, after one of Dr. Rucker’s assistants was going to be taking maternity leave. I returned to school soon after starting at the office, to get my X-ray license, and have been working at the office for 20 years now. I have lived in Montgomery County my whole life. I married Terry Cain in 1976 and we started our life in farming. 39 years later we have three sons and a daughter, along with three daughter in-laws and a son in-law. We now have two grandsons and six granddaughters, and live in rural Darlington.
I have been a dental assistant since 1989. I have been with Dr. Rucker’s office for over 24 years. I started my career as a chairside assistant, but you will now most likely see me up in the front office. I have a wide range of duties from: supplies, fixing things that break, answering the phones, scheduling patients, helping in the back office when needed, and even occasionally unraveling insurance mysteries. I have been blessed to have been married to my best friend, Troy, for almost 25 years. Our son Easton, is a senior Civil Engineering Student at Purdue University. We also have a set of twins, Chase and Ally that are seniors at North Montgomery High School. The best part of my job is our patients. Even though the procedures can be the same, the patients make it fun and interesting, and no day is ever the same. I consider it to be a privileged to be counted among the staff here and have the utmost respect for Dr. Rucker, Dr. Mishler, and my co-workers.
We will attempt to arrange your appointments to fit your daily schedule as much as possible. Usually, this goal is easily accomplished due to our flexible office hours. However, some treatments are best performed at certain times of the day. In the case of dental emergencies, we will schedule you as soon as possible; our available times may not correspond to your preferred appointment time. As a courtesy to our other patients, we kindly request 2-business days notice when you are cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Due to the high demand for late afternoon/evening appointments, if less than 2-business days notice is given, we can no longer reserve these appointments for you. We would, however, be happy to place you on a cancellation list and call you when a late day appointment becomes available.
The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone or complete the appointment request form below. Our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment.
